what is the Vocal PortaL?

The Vocal Portal is a 28-day guided experience designed to help you explore your voice through expression, creativity, sound, and community connection.

This experience is not about being a perfect singer or performer.

It’s about:
-becoming more comfortable being heard
-expressing yourself more freely
-building confidence with your voice
-exploring sound in playful and approachable ways
-reconnecting with authentic expression

Through short daily prompts shared inside a private WhatsApp community, you’ll gently explore speaking, humming, sound, song, and creative vocal expression in a supportive environment.

How it Works

FORMAT:

📱 Daily Prompts
Receive a simple daily vocal prompt inside the private WhatsApp group.

🎤 Short Voice Shares
Participants are invited to share short voice notes or a video (30 seconds–2 minutes) as a way to practice expression and visibility.

✨ Community Support
Explore your voice alongside others in a playful, supportive, non-judgmental space.

🎶 No Experience Needed
You do not need singing experience — just a willingness to explore.

📸 Optional Instagram Sharing
Participants are welcome to tag The Vocal Portal Instagram page and share parts of their journey publicly if they feel inspired.

Explore humming, sound, playful vocal expression, and creative experimentation.

WEEK 3 — Express Through Your Voice.
Experiment with music, rhythm, emotion, singing, and vocal creativity.

WEEK 4 — Embody Your Voice
Step into greater confidence, freedom, and ownership of your authentic voice.
YOU get to choose your daily share: express through a song, a mantra, spoken word, whatever is calling you!

I voluntarily choose to participate in The 28-Day Vocal Portal and release Amanda Espinoza, Polish Your Star, and its representatives from liability for any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.
