My work weaves together multiple modalities into a cohesive, intuitive experience tailored to each individual. 
These sessions many include: 

-Breathwork to regulate the nervous system and release stored tension 
-Somatic movement to reconnect with the body and restore flow
-Vocal sound and toning to support emotional release and expression
-Energy-based practices to clear, balance, and expand awareness
-Elements of mindfulness, meditation, and gentle yoga based movement woven throughout
